NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innova Capital Partners, LLC (Innova) and a subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) have announced a joint venture to support the development of telecommunication assets throughout the Republic of Colombia.
