BOLIDEN, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Boliden (STO:BOL) (TSX:BLS), in partnership with 11 banks, has signed a syndicated revolving credit facility agreement of EUR 770 million. The agreement comprises two facilities: one of EUR 362 million with a term of 3 years which replaces an existing facility of EUR 400 million that matures in 2017, and one of EUR 408 million with a term of 5 years which replaces an existing facility of EUR 450 million that matures in 2019.
