ELLIJAY, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Piedmont Mountainside Hospital and subsidiaries of SunLink Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE MKT: SSY) have signed a definitive agreement under which Piedmont Mountainside will lease and operate the existing emergency department facility of North Georgia Medical Center.
