PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Constellation will implement $10 million in energy efficiency upgrades throughout the 13-acre Philadelphia campus at Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals. Jefferson is expected to see a complete return on its investment in less than 5 years.
